Mixed Marriage
Procedures for obtaining a marriage permit for a Yemeni citizen to marry an Indonesian citizen at the embassy.
Requirements
- Approval from the Ministry of Interior to marry a foreigner.
- Passport copy of the applicant (husband).
- Passport copy or ID card of the wife.
- Copy of the ID card of the wife's guardian.
- Written consent statement from the wife to marry a Yemeni citizen.
- Written consent statement from the wife's guardian to the marriage.
- Official marriage approval from the wife's embassy or her national government.
- Two color personal photographs with a red background for the husband and wife, size 3x4.
- A medical certificate for the wife from a government hospital confirming that she is free from any infectious diseases.
- Police clearance certificate for the wife from the local police department.
- All documents must be translated into Arabic.
